If you have a sweet tooth, these sweet corn fritters are an amazing southern snack. The recipe is by Cooking with Shotgun Red on YouTube and they’re some of the sweetest souls to watch. I loved watching this tutorial and hearing their stories. Corn fritters can be eating for breakfast or any time of the day. I would use fresh sweet corn to make this because it makes it so much better. I love corn so I want to make these myself at home. It’s interesting to see recipes like this and how people eat them. For example, one of the ladies breaks up the sweet corn fitters and put them in milk. I think corn fritters remind me of cornbread, and I love it.

Sweet corn fritters can be served plain or with butter, honey, or maple syrup. I don’t think I’ve ever had a sweet corn fritter which is odd to me. I live in the south and I don’t know how I’ve never had one before. They look so delicious and unhealthy, but I’m sure they are amazing.
