This dish is so good and so yummy, plus, you can prepare this easily on your stovetop. You can also cook this in larger batches if you want to share it with a crowd and you can also use leftover ingredients for this.

Ingredients for White Chicken Chili:

  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 2 cups of chicken broth, low-sodium
  • 19-ounce can of white kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 12-ounce can of corn, drained
  • 4.3-ounce can of green chiles
  • 1 tsp of Tabasco green sauce
  • 1 tsp of chili powder
  • ½ tsp of onion powder
  • ½ tsp of salt
  • 4 ounces of cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 tbsp of cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp of water

How to Make White Chicken Chili:

Step 1

Place a 3-4 quart Dutch oven or pot on a stove over medium-high heat, then add the chicken breasts, and pour in the broth. Bring it to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium-low, cover the pot with the lid, and allow it to simmer for about 15 minutes or until cooked through and fork tender.
