Preheat the air fryer to 380°F, then peel off the skin of the sweet potatoes, and slice each potato into ¼-inch thick sticks evenly. In a large mixing bowl, place the sweet potato sticks, then add the oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper, and toss them together until well coated and combined. Divide them into 2 or 3 batches depending on the size of your air fryer basket and make sure they are not overcrowding the pan, then place the 1st batch in the basket, and cook them for about 12 minutes or until crispy making sure to turn them over halfway the cooking time. Frying time may vary depending on your air fryer, then once done, serve them immediately with your favorite dipping sauce, and enjoy!
