Ingredients:

  • 2 butterfly pork chops sliced in half pounded and tenderized
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp of corn starch
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 or 2 tbsp of butter
  • 3 cloves of chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp of curry
  • ½ tsp of chili flakes
  • 1½ cups of heavy cream
  • juice from ¼ of a lemon
  • cilantro for garnish

Directions:

First, marinate the pork chops by adding them to a bowl with the egg, corn starch, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together and preheat a pan with a generous amount of oil. Pan-fry the pork chops until golden brown, and remove them to the side.
