Are you one of those people who skips breakfast? I can’t judge because I used to do the same thing until recently! I guess it’s a New Years thing! I finally got it through my thick skull that breakfast IS the healthiest meal of the day and if I do skip it my metabolism slows down and I won’t stay trim doing that! Plus, I feel much better now that I am eating breakfast and I’m putting good things into the ole’ body! Oh, and P.S. You don’t have to just enjoy these at breakfast time, but just don’t skip breakfast!
