Step 1: Cutting the wrapping paper
Start by cutting two 11-inch by 11-inch wrapping paper squares. Glue the two squares wrong sides together.
Step 2: Making the bag
Rotate the square so that one corner is facing you. Fold the left side just past the center line. Next, bring the right side over the left, creating a cone shape.
Glue it in place.
