As I was browsing Youtube the other day, I found these cool tips with Vaseline from Smart Fox. I’ve picked up some things from it and applied them to my routine, and my life has never been easier. Who would have thought Vaseline is such a handy product around the house? Watch the video below to learn the following tips.

If you have leather shoes that are not so shiny anymore, you can use Vaseline. Put some on a clean cloth and rub it all over your leather shoes.

If you have a glass stove top, you can use Vaseline to remove minor scratches from it. Simply add a tiny bit of Vaseline to a piece of tissue paper and spread it on the affected area in a circular motion. After this, grab a clean cloth and wipe everything off well.

Grab a cotton ball and dip it in the Vaseline and use it as a fire starter.

Take some Vaseline and apply it to your car door rubber. This way, you won’t have a hard time opening your car door during winter.

Put a small amount of Vaseline in a Q-tip and apply it to your door hinge. This way, you’ll be able to eliminate the squeaky sound coming from it.

If you have ants coming in and out of your doors or windows, put a small amount of Vaseline right in front where they go through to prevent them from coming in.

Take a Q-tip, put a small amount of Vaseline, and lubricate your zipper with it. This way, you can open and close your zipper smoothly again.

If you can’t get the entire sticker residue out of a glass or any container, smear a small amount of Vaseline, then rub it with a cloth.
