Materials Spooky Cloud Ceiling:
- Poster board
- Velcro strips
- LED strip lights, choose the one with a lightning effect
- Floating witch hats
- Floating candles
- Poly-fil fiberfill
- Spray adhesive
- Scissors
- Gloves
How to Make the Viral TikTok Spooky Cloud Ceiling:
Step 1
Cut the poster board to the size around your chandelier, then cut the velcro strips to size, and put them on the back of the poster board.
Step 2
Stick the poster board right up onto the ceiling, then attach the strip lights around however you want, and start hanging the floating witch hats and candles.
Step 3
