What You Need to Cook Perfect Bacon:

Baking sheet, with a rolled and enforced edge
Aluminum foil good quality
Bacon, good quality

How to Cook Crispy Bacon Easily:

Step 1

Find a good quality bacon and a good quality aluminum foil. Get baking sheets with a rolled and enforced edge, then line them with aluminum foil, and lay the bacon strips in a single layer making sure to alternate their position as demonstrated in the video.

Step 2

Place both sheets of bacon in a preheated oven at 350°F, put one on the bottom rack to the left, and place the other on the top rack to the right. Allow them to bake for about 10 minutes, then flip them over, and swap the sheets on the bottom and top.

Step 3

Continue to cook them for another 10 minutes until brown and crispy, then remove from the oven, and transfer them to a plate lined with paper towels to drain off excess oil. You can save the bacon grease for cooking later.
