This quilt project idea by Faith and Fabric on YouTube is the best and a heartfelt way to express your love and appreciation to your family, friends, or loved ones. You can learn how to make this quilt, then give it to them as a gift, and you can also personalize it by using whatever set of fabrics you want or by adding some embroidery to it. My Grandmother made me something similar to this as a gift a few years ago and I loved it so much. I hope you enjoy this video tutorial as much as I did.
Step 1
After downloading and getting your pattern guide, start choosing your fabrics, then cut them according to the requirements stated in the guide, and group them together before clipping them with a label so you don’t confuse them later.

Step 2
Now, start sewing the pieces per row making sure to check the pattern guide every now and then to ensure that you’re piecing the correct fabrics together, then press the rows in black toward the left, and the rows in blue to the right.
Step 3
Once done sewing the rows, start sewing them together starting from left to right, then the next row from right to left, and continue alternating the direction of the stitching to keep them aligned. Press the rows every now and then, and once you’re done piecing the whole block, add the border, then trim, and quilt as desired.
