You may have tried a lot of cross-quilt blocks before, but you might love this easy and quick version by Teresa DownUnder on YouTube. This Greek cross quilt block is so pretty and simple, comprising only 3 fabric colors.

Step 1
Cut the white fabric into 2 squares at 5×5 inches and 1 strip at 2.5×19 inches, then the pink fabric into 1 square at 4.5×4.5 inches and 1 strip at 2.5×19 inches, and the gray fabric into 2 squares at 5×5 inches.
Step 2
Get the fabric strips and stack them together with their right sides facing, then stitch them with ¼ inch seam allowance. Press the seams nicely and cut the strip unit into 4.5-inch inches-wide patches.
Step 3
Draw a diagonal line at the back of the gray squares, and place them on top of the white squares with their right sides facing. Stitch on either side of the marked line with ¼ inch seam allowance and cut them apart along the line.
Step 4
Press the seams nicely and trim the half-square triangles to 4.5 inches. Assemble everything as shown in the video, then stitch them per row, and then the rows to each other making sure to press the seams as you go.
