I needed more storage for my bathroom toiletries, and instead of buying them, I opted for DIYs. While browsing Youtube, I found these really cool DIY oversized totes from Do It On A Dime. You’ll only need two materials for this project, and all from Dollar Tree. These are the cutest storage bins I’ve seen, and it’s perfect for my bathroom. Materials:
- mini rugs (with tassels)
- hot glue
Directions:
Step 1
Lay your mat down, right side up, then turn the edge over so your tassel lays over it. Add hot glue to the outer edges, fold the rug over itself, then glue the project together. Put hot glue two-thirds of the way down the rug, leaving the remaining portion open.

Step 2
Next, put hot glue on both sides of the open part, leaving the upper side, then push it down, making a seam. Do this to both sides, then turn the bag right side out.
