Materials:
- tissue papers (or thinly wrapping papers)
- toilet paper rolls
- tape
- ribbon
- confetti
Directions:
Step 1
Spread the tissue paper in your working area, then place two toilet paper rolls over. Secure them in place with some tape. Roll it just enough to cover the tissue paper rolls, making sure to have a little hang on each side, then cut. Secure the wrapped tissue paper with tape (don’t put the tape right where it connects). After this, tie a knot on one end with a ribbon, then open the other side a little because you will fill it with confetti.

Step 2
Bring in your favorite gems and confetti and fill up your popper with these. Once done, tie the other end with a ribbon. Repeat these steps and make more party poppers for New Year’s Eve!
