How to Make a Knit Wreath For Christmas

Step 1:

Start by forming a horseshoe with your yarn. Insert it on the hoop with the end underneath the metal. Get the working yarn and insert it to make a loop.

Step 2:

Take the working yarn, slip underneath the metal, and make another horseshoe. Insert the working yarn and make a loop the same size as the first one. Repeat the process until you reach the other end.

Step 3:

Make the next layer. Pull your working yarn up and through each loop of row one. Do not twist it. Make the same length as the loops on the first layer. Keep on going until you reach the other end.

Step 4:

For the third layer, pull the working yarn through the next loop, then work in the opposite direction. Take the loop that you just made then put it on top of the loop beside it, then pull the working yarn inside the loops. Repeat the same process until you reach the other end. Cut the excess. Pull the strands inside the yarn then cut. Use hot glue to close them and hide the ends.
