Put 1/4 cup of water in your mixing jug followed by 1/2 cup of baking soda, and 1/4 cup of cornstarch. Mix well, then take it to your stove, put it in a saucepan, and heat it at the lowest temperature. Keep stirring the mixture with a fork until it starts to thicken up. Remove it from the pan once it comes away from the side of the saucepan, and transfer it to a piece of parchment paper. Let it cool down completely.

Once the clay is completely cooled down, you can start molding it into the shapes that you want. You can also add some food coloring if you like your clay in a specific color. Your DIY clay is now finished!
