You can easily buy wine from the store and hand it out as is. That is totally fine, but if you have the option to customize it and make it more fun, why not go for it? How to Remove Wine Labels Easily
Place the wine in a tall container. Soak in a mixture of vinegar and soapy water for 30 minutes.
After that, carefully remove the label. Get rid of excess glue using rubbing alcohol and a blade.

DIY Custom Holiday Wine Labels
Learn how to upgrade ordinary wine bottles into the most unique DIY gift this Christmas.
Draw a 6 1/2″ x 2.75″ rectangle on the Santa hat.
Cut the rectangles. Take one of the cut pieces and place it right-side up. Apply a strip of glue along the top edge, then place the other piece on top, right-side down. Open teh fabric.
Flip it so the wrong side is facing up. Fold and glue the edges on both sides.
Apply hot glue to one edge, then fold the other side over.
Fold it just like in the photo below, then apply glue to secure it.
Take the Santa hat and cut off the top portion.
Remove the white trim from the bottom of the hat, then glue it onto the small Santa hat.
These three holiday wine labels were made in Canva. You can download them for free on our website. Get the link above. To use them, simply remove the backing and stick the label onto your wine bottle.
Dress up your wine bottle.
