Materials:
- teacup
- saucer
- white spray paint
- napkin, from Dollar Tree
- sock
- rice
- fiberfill
- rubber band
- decoupage
- E6000 glue
Directions:
Step 1
Cut a sock right across the heel, fill it with rice for about 1/4, then the rest of the way with fiberfill. Secure the top with a rubber band and set aside. Next, cut the napkin into the size of the teacup, then decoupage it onto the cup as well as the saucer.
Step 2
Once done, it’s time to assemble the gnome. Attach the teacup as a hat onto the body of the gnome using E6000 glue, then add faux fur for the beard. Next, add a little bead for the nose, then decorate the feet and the teacup hat with some faux flowers. Secure the gnome onto the sauce using E6000 glue.
