Super Easy Arrowhead Puzzle Quilt Block Tutorial

This quilt block idea by Carol Thelen on YouTube is one of the easiest quilting project you can ever try! It is made out of only squares and a few triangles, and the steps are super easy to follow. You won’t even have to worry about messing up because this block is so simple to piece together that you can perfect this even on the first try. Materials:
- Inner accent fabric
- Outer accent fabric
- Background fabric
- Ruler
- Marking pen, pencil, or chalk
- Scissors or rotary cutter and a cutting mat
- Needle and thread
- Sewing machine

Directions:
Step 1
Download the pattern and cut the fabrics according to size, then take 1 inner accent square, 1 background square, and 2 outer accent squares. Lay them out according to the diagram’s instructions, then sew them together into a 4-patch unit, and press the seams open as you go. Make another 4-patch unit of the same layout and set them aside.

Step 2
Take 1 background square, 1 background rectangle, and 1 outer accent square, then lay them out into a 4-patch unit as shown in the diagram, sew them together, and press the seams open as you go. Make another unit of the same layout, then lay the 2 set of units together to form a larger block making sure to refer to the diagram, and start stitching them together per row. Press the seams open, then stitch the rows to each other, and give them a good press.
