Easy Puzzle Quilt Tutorial

I love making fun and interesting quilts that are super easy and quick to make, just like this puzzle quilt by SewVeryEasy on YouTube! This is a great way of using your fabric squares and the finished quilt looks so lovely and colorful. It is also not as difficult as you think because you can probably make this quilt in just a few minutes depending on how large you decide your project to be. Materials:
- 5-inch fabric squares
- Heat n bond EZ print lite
- Batting fabric
- Border fabric
- Marking pen or pencil
- Scissors or rotary cutter and a cutting mat
- Fabric pins
- Needle and thread
- Iron, for pressing
- Sewing machine

Directions:
Step 1
Grab your 5-inch squares then decided on how large your quilt is going to be so that you know how many fabric squares you’ll be needing, then print and cut the puzzle pieces pattern, and fuse 4 of them on the one fabric square. After fusing them, cut them out nicely, then group them putting 2 puzzle pieces on each fabric square, and decide how you want to assemble your blocks and where you want to position the puzzle pieces.

Step 2
Once you’ve decided, start sewing them together with a ¼-inch seam allowance, then give them a nice press, and add the border around the edges. Now, lay the whole piece on top of a batting fabric, then applique and quilt the whole piece at the same time, and you’re done!
