With the other fabric, measure 10 inches x 8 inches and cut. Fold the fabric in half and mark a curve connecting both edges. Open both fabrics. Pair each small fabric with a bigger fabric and sew them together.

From the first fabric pattern, fold, and mark 20 inches. Then, cut the folded half. Fold the fabric in half and measure a 5 x 2.5 inch square from the edge. Cut the fabric after measuring 2.5 inches. From the other corner, measure and cut 2 inches x 3 inches as so. Open and separate each fabric, then lay them as seen in the photo. Sew the connecting fabrics together and the seams.
Prepare all the sewn fabrics and lay them out as so. Then, sew the fabrics. Cut a strip of fabric and sew it in place. Sew on both sides. Attach the skirt fabric to the top fabric and sew.
