In a large mixing bowl, add milk, egg, yeast, sugar, salt, yogurt, and melted butter. Whisk until well combined.
Sift the flour directly into the bowl in batches and mix until well incorporated. Set it aside and let it double in size for about 40 minutes.
After 40 minutes, transfer the dough to a floured work surface. Slightly knead and form into a round dough. Cut it into small pieces.
Prepare a round baking dish by greasing it with butter. Next, grease your hands with melted butter and form each piece into a ball. Place them on the prepared pan. Grease a sheet of cling wrap and use that side to cover the dough balls. Set it aside and leave for 40 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs, one egg, 5 tablespoons of melted butter, and salt. Mix until well combined.
After 40 minutes, break feta cheese into small pieces and sprinkle on top of the dough. After that, brush the top with the breadcrumbs mixture.
Place it inside the oven and bake at 356 Fahrenheit for about 40 minutes or until golden brown on top. Once done baking, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a while. Serve and enjoy!
