Before you start spraying anything on your rug, make sure to layer them so that it can catch any excess splash or moisture. Next, grab a lint roller, then use it to clean the dry rug and rid of stuck fiber and dirt. Now, you can start spraying a generous amount of mod podge all over the rug. This will make your rug look shinier and cleaner, plus, it will last for a long time.
