Quick Steps
- Twist: Wrap 3 pipe cleaners tightly around a pencil to create a fuzzy spiral, then slide it off.
- Thread: Slide a 4th pipe cleaner right through the center of your spiral.
- Form Wreath: Bend the pipe cleaners into a circle to make a wreath shape and glue the ends together.
- Add the Bell: Tie a piece of string to a small bell, and tie it to the top of the wreath.
