Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets, then wash well. Once done, place in a pot and fill with water. Season with salt. Next, put 1 clove of garlic and 1 tablespoon of vinegar. Place the pot over heat, then cook until tender for about 10 to 15 minutes. Use a fork to check the cauliflower. Once tender, drain the water well, then set it aside.
In a big bowl, add 1 cup of flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 tablespoon of chopped coriander or parsley, 1 egg, and 1/2 cup of milk. Using a whisk, mix all ingredients well until a thick consistency forms.
Pour some generous amount of oil into a pan and place over heat. Dip the cauliflower pieces into the batter and coat evenly, then deep fry them in batches until all sides are golden brown. Once done and crispy, place on a plate with a paper towel to remove some of the oil. Place on a plate, then serve. Enjoy!
