How to Make White Chocolate Bars

Step 1:

Start by breaking the biscuit into small pieces then place them in a food processor. Coarsely grind them, then transfer them to a bowl. You can also place them in a zip-top bag and crush them using a rolling pin.

Step 2:

Add the salted or unsalted pistachios to a food processor and pulse until they are chopped. You can also use your knife if you don’t have one. Save 2 tablespoons aside for garnish then add the remaining to the biscuit crumbs.

Step 3:

Add the dried cranberries and mix until well combined.

Step 4:

Finely chop 8.8 oz of white chocolate, then transfer to a bowl. Add the whipping cream into a small pot and heat it until it is about to boil. Pour into the chopped white chocolate and stir until melted.

Step 5:

Transfer the cream-chocolate mixture to the dry mixture and mix until well combined.

Step 6:

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and transfer the mixture. Spread it evenly and flatten using your hands or spatula. Cover it with cling wrap and chill for about 30 minutes.

Step 7:

After 30 minutes, melt the remaining white chocolate then save about 2 to 3 tablespoons for garnish. Pour the melted chocolate over the chilled mixture and spread evenly. Chill until the chocolate hardens.

Step 8:

Decorate with the reserved melted white chocolate then sprinkle with the reserved nuts and edible flowers, if preferred. Slice into bars and enjoy!
