Jenny Doan is one of my favorite quilters in the whole world. Jenny is truly is one in a million in the quilting world, and has tons of videos on Youtube that cover so many different styles of quilts. I found this excellent mountain lily quilt video tutorial by Missouri Star Quilt Company on YouTube, and I knew Ms. Jenny had knocked it out the park yet again. When I look at this quilt I keep hearing that song “Edelweiss”, from The Sound Of Music movie with Julie Andrews. This quilt is a true beauty in every sense of the word and the video tutorial is a joy to watch because Jenny is so delightfully down to Earth and explains everything so well.

• A jelly roll
• Plain muslin
• A rotary cutter
• A cutting mat
• A sewing machine
• A quilter’s ruler
• Thread
