Step 2

Bake the potatoes in the oven, take 2 pieces then set aside the other 2 pieces. Add herb seasoning, whipping cream, parsley flakes, garlic and herb seasoning, ground black pepper, and sour cream, then mash everything well. Add in sharp cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese, then mix until well combined, add the 2nd portion of the shrimp, then mix.

Take the other 2 baked potatoes, then split them in half, using a fork, fluff the inside of each potato. Season them however you like, then squeeze some butter on top to add flavor, add in the shrimp potato filling to the first potato, then take the 3rd portion of shrimp and stack them on top of the first potato, sprinkle sharp cheddar cheese, and stack more shrimp on top, sprinkle with more cheese, then season with whatever you want. On the 2nd potato, stuff it with the rest of the shrimp stuffing. Top with sauce shrimp filling, then parmesan cheese, and bake in the oven or broiler for about 4-5 minutes on a high setting, stuff the 2nd potato with the rest of the sauced shrimp.
