When Donna shows us how to make them more complicated quilting ideas they only look difficult, when you actually make them, the instructions flow seamlessly through your mind, and the creativity is absolutely invigorating. These placemats are the easiest ones I have ever made. I really loved the bright abstract print that Donna used, but I ended of using a reproduction 1940s fabric jelly roll bundle, which was perfect for my retro-style kitchen.
