When I saw this seasonal acorn people video tutorial by Martha Stewart, on YouTube, I just fell in love. I love making miniatures, and fairy gardens, I just cannot believe the joy that building a little world can bring to a person. I was thinking of a little miniature Fall display in the kitchen that could add a lot of interest to my usual Thanksgiving fair, so I decided to give this project a go. I had several wood slices and some faux leaves from Michael’s craft store, that was going to really set the stage for this project very nicely. I had to make one little tweak on the acorn people’s features, I decided to use thin yarn for their hair.
