Chips made out of avocado? Yep. Low carb, gluten free and keto friendly, but loved by anyone who gets near them. Be sure to hide some for yourself…

Check out our latest video tutorial and learn how to make this awesome avocado chip recipe at home. Simple and quick to make, these low carb chips make the perfect crunchy snack to eat while watching TV tonight, especially if you are trying to watch those carbs.

I don’t even normally like avocado, so I was especially skeptical of this recipe idea. However, my best friend insisted we try them, so I finally whipped up a batch before the Super Bowl last weekend. Let’s just say I found myself wishing I’d had more avocados once the game started. Buttery and crunchy at the same time, and healthy too. Amazing!

Avocado Chips Recipe

Here’s what you’ll need to make them:

1 avocado
3/4 cup parmesan
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Italian season
Kosher salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Prep The Chips
First, preheat your oven to 325 degrees F.

Mash the avocado until smooth. Add the parmesan, lemon juice, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Mix the ingredients together thoroughly until well combined. Then, on a parchment lined baking sheet, spoon the avocado mixture, spacing them evenly like this.
Bake these for 15-18 minutes, or until the edges have browned significantly. Let them cool a little bit, then you’re ready to eat them!

I like mine dipped in ranch, but these babies are great with all sorts of sauces: barbecue, spicy buffalo, or whatever else your heart desires. They’re also great on their own!
