This project could not be easier to make, and did I mention how cheap this bird water feeder is? The cost of the one I made was practically free because I already had most all the materials I needed. I just had to get a little plastic dish that I found at Dollar Tree for fifty cents! The birds certainly love this water feeder and they all come to my back porch to get their daily refreshment.
