You can be sure and attract wildlife to your garden all year round if you offer food and water for the critters. When I saw this easy way to make a bird water feeder out of a plastic water bottle video tutorial by Birdy Official on YouTube, I knew I needed to make this cute project right away. This project could not be easier to make, and did I mention how cheap this bird water feeder is? The cost of the one I made was practically free because I already had most all the materials I needed. I just had to get a little plastic dish that I found at Dollar Tree for fifty cents! The birds certainly love this water feeder and they all come to my back porch to get their daily refreshment.

Materials:

  • A plastic water bottle
  • a pair of scissors
  • A hot glue gun
  • A screw
  • A plastic dish
  • A drill
  • A small drill bit
  • A piece of wood
