We spend a third of our lives sleeping, and our mattresses can really take a beating. During the night you are sleeping, you are sweating, you are shedding dead skin cells, and if you have a pet… it can get really bad. This is a very easy way that many use to rid a mattress of any odors and stains without ever getting it wet, which could lead to major problems down the line. All you have to do is sift the baking soda onto the outer mattress fabric, then vacuum all of it back up, however, there is a specific method you will want to use to make this method work out really well. Even if you are a very clean sleeper mattresses need a good deep cleaning every once in a while and this easy method really suits all of my needs, and the best part is the fact that it involves no water mess.

• A vacuum
• Bac-Out (for stains)
• A toothbrush
