Materials:

  • baking soda
  • water
  • white vinegar in a spray bottle
  • rubber gloves
  • two towels

Directions:

Step 1

Add 1/2 cup of baking soda to a bowl followed by some water to make a paste. Now, put on your gloves, and start putting the paste on the dirty areas inside your oven using a plastic spatula or anything available to you. (You can also use your hands to spread the paste inside as long as you’re wearing gloves). After this, close the oven and let the whole thing sit for 12 hours.

Step 2

After 12 hours, open the oven and scrape the paste using a plastic spatula or anything that wouldn’t leave a scratch. After removing the bigger chunks of the paste, wipe everything with a damp towel. To finish, spray some white vinegar and wipe with a dry towel.
