The sauce is made of different herbs, butter, minced garlic, spicy sauce, and chili flakes. If you don’t want it to be spicy, you can definitely leave out the spicy sauce and chili flakes. For the marinade, you just need Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Be sure to marinate the beef, as it will help tenderize and give the meat a delicious flavor. You can also cook it to your preferred doneness.

Boil a pot of water. Slice the baby potatoes in half. Once the water is boiling, add the potatoes. Place the lid and cook for 10 minutes. You just want to parboil the potatoes not fully cooked them.
Add the chunks of meat in a large bowl, followed by the Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, salt, and smoked paprika. Mix until well combined. Set aside.
Drain the potatoes. Place a pan over heat and add a little bit of oil. Transfer the potatoes and make sure the cut side is facing down. Season with salt. After 3 to 4 minutes or when browned, give it a toss. Continue cooking until browned. Set aside.
In the same pan, add olive oil and the marinated beef. Cook in one layer until browned or your preferred doneness. Set aside.
In the same pan, melt the butter, then add minced garlic, some of the chopped herbs, spicy sauce, and chili flakes. Adjust the amount of the seasonings depending on your preference. Cook for a minute.
Bring back the beef and potatoes. Saute for about 2 to 3 minutes.
