I love Christmas-themed or any holiday-themed crafts, I enjoy the process of making them from scratch and I feel proud every time I see the result knowing that the item was handmade. I think we can all agree that crafts or decor that you made on your own are more precious and beautiful than store-bought ones.

Step 1

Cut the fabrics into 8-inch triangles, then cut the interfacing into a smaller triangle, and fuse it to the print fabric for the body. Lay the rectangles together with their right sides facing, then stitch them together at the base to join the triangles into a square, and join the seams to the center as demonstrated in the video.

Step 2

Stitch the edges and make sure to leave a gap at the body for turning and a small hole at the hat for stuffing. Cut a piece of white felt fabric for the beard, then stitch it in place, and sew the beads along the edges of the beard and hat. Sew a piece of looped ribbon at the tip of the hat, then stuff the piece with poly-fil fiberfill, and stitch it close.
