Bite sized mac and cheese? How did I not know of this sooner. You’ll never want plain mac and cheese again. I mean, really. Just plain old boxed mac and cheese? No way, not once you learn you can roll little balls of it up, freeze them, and turn them into magical little bite sized wonders. I think I dreamt of these last night after looking at the photos.

Super easy to make, you simple mix up your macaroni and cheese recipes, then shade little balls with your hands. You freeze them, roll them in bread crumbs and fry. Serve with ketchup, marinara, ranch or no sauce at all. For the true cheese lover, you will of course want to dip them in cheese sauce. Check out the step by step tutorial video to learn exactly how to make these mouth watering snacks.

One of my go to appetizer recipes for parties, I make these ahead of time, then pop them in the oven to warm right before serving. If you want the most popular dish at your next potluck or get together where you need to take some food along, this is your winning idea here.

Since I lover experiments, I’ve alwaysnloved to create, paint, as well as cook and style food. I feel in love with DIY as soon as I discovered it and could not have been more excited when I learned I could share projects with people around the world. Taking photos is a passion of mine, as is design and painting with oils. I love holidays and celebrations, crafting cute little gifts and serving up at least one new recipe I am excited about.
