Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F, then line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and reserve 1 cup of marinara sauce, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, and ¼ cup of parmesan cheese. In a large mixing bowl, add the chicken breast, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, grated onion, marinara sauce, dried Italian seasoning, basil, parsley, salt, pepper, and egg, then mix them all together until well combined and incorporated making sure not to overmix, and scoop about 1½ tablespoons each of the meat mixtures into your hands shaping them into balls.

Step 2
Place them on the prepared baking sheet, then put them in the preheated oven, and allow them to bake at 350°F for about 16 to 18 minutes or until lightly browned. Take the meatballs out of the oven, then drizzle a spoonful of marinara over each meatball, then sprinkle them with mozzarella cheese, and put them back in the oven to broil for about 2 to 3 more minutes or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly. Serve and enjoy!
