Are you looking for a fun project to do this weekend? Make these cute bunnies from One Little Project on Youtube. It’s an easy and fun little project you can make with your kids or friends. You can also gift these bunnies to little kids; I’m sure they will love it! Watch the video tutorial below to learn the step-by-step process.

Materials:

  • 1 sock
  • teddy bear stuffing (you can use stuffing from an old pillow)
  • white felt
  • googly eyes
  • pompom or cotton ball
  • tiny elastics
  • pony bead
  • white yarn
  • ribbon
  • glue gun

Directions:

Step 1

To start, put stuffing inside the sock, occupying half of it. Secure with elastic bands, then put another batch of stuffing and secure it again with elastics. Glue down the googly eyes of the bunny then cut three short strips of the white yarn and put them through the pony bead. Glue it down just below the eyes, making it the whiskers and snout of the bunny. Cut a small piece of white felt, cut it a little in half, and glue it below the snout of the bunny, making it the teeth.

Step 2

Now, cut a big oblong shape to the white felt and glue it to the lower half of the bunny, making it the tummy. Get a pompom and glue it on the back to make the bunny’s tail. Cut down an inverted triangle to the excess sock on top to make the bunny ears. Get some ribbon and tie it to the neck of the bunny for added design.  Your toy bunny is now finished.

Since I lover experiments, I’ve alwaysnloved to create, paint, as well as cook and style food. I feel in love with DIY as soon as I discovered it and could not have been more excited when I learned I could share projects with people around the world. Taking photos is a passion of mine, as is design and painting with oils. I love holidays and celebrations, crafting cute little gifts and serving up at least one new recipe I am excited about.
