You can make 2 different sets of springtime garlands using only balloons and in any color that you want, too! If you want to be even more creative and take these garlands to the next level, then you can add any embellishment that you have in mind but make sure to adhere them to the balloon as much as possible so you can remove them neatly later. Learn how now and give it a try!
Colorblocked Neon Garland
Cut off the top half of the balloon, then stretch the balloon piece, and wear it over the bottom part of the ball ornament. You can put something inside such as glitters and other embellishments of your choice, then do the same steps to the rest of the ornaments, and tie them in a string spacing them evenly.
Ice Cream Garland
Cut off the neck of the balloon, then stretch the balloon piece, and wear it around the ball ornament covering it completely. Download and print the pattern, then cut the shape out, and connect it together using tape. Adhere the cone underneath the ball ornament and hang them in a string spacing them evenly.
