Take six blue pipe cleaners, twist them together in the middle, then fold them in half, twisting to secure. Spread out each pipe, forming a flower, then roll each to the inside. Repeat until you roll up all the pipes. Once done, turn the petals flatly in an alternate pattern, then turn the remaining petals, arranging each in the middle of each bottom petal.

Step 2

Lastly, don’t turn the last petal into a flat form, but instead, tighten the roll, placing it snugly at the center. Now, grab two green pipe cleaners and wrap them just below the flower. Spread each side, then start to roll each pipe to the inside. (This will serve as the leaves.) Your pipe cleaner rose is now finished!
