Ingredients for Slow Cooker Ranch Chicken:

  • ½ cup of butter, melted
  • 1 packet of ranch seasoning
  • 2 tbsp of minced garlic
  • 2 pounds of chicken thighs
  • 1½ pounds of potatoes, quartered
  • 1 pound of green beans
  • ¼ cup of chicken stock

How to Make Slow Cooker Ranch Chicken:

Step 1

Put the butter in a microwave-safe bowl, then heat it until completely melted, in that same bowl, add the ranch seasoning and minced garlic, and stir them together until dissolved and combined.

Step 2

Add the chicken thighs to the slow cooker, drizzle half of the butter ranch sauce all over them, and then put the quartered potatoes and green beans over them evenly as shown in the video.

Step 3

Pour the remaining half of the butter ranch sauce all over the veggies, then pour in the chicken stock, and cover the slow cooker with the lid. Cook them on a high setting for about 4 hours or until the potatoes are fork tender, then serve, and enjoy!
