Materials:

  • WD-40
  • Clean cloth or rag
  • Tissue

Directions:

Tips #1: Make Your Shoes Water-Resistant

After cleaning and/or washing your shoes, apply WD-40 to the leathery or rubbery part, then wipe it well with a clean cloth or rag, and allow it to dry. This will create a protective layer around your shoes that repels not only water and splashes but also dirt. You won’t even need to wipe your shoes dry with this brilliant hack

Tips #2: Get Rid of Noise or Creak

Apply an ample amount of WD-40 on the hinges of your doors, windows, or drawers, then wipe the excess with a tissue, and now you’ll have a door, window, or drawer that opens and closes smoothly without noise or creak.

Tip #3: Clean and Restore Rusty Tools

Spray a generous amount all over your rusty tool, then allow it to work for a little bit, and start wiping it clean with a rag or cloth. This trick will help remove all of the rust on your tools that prevent them from working smoothly.

Tip #4: Clean Your Toilet and Remove Yellow Stains

Apply a generous amount of WD-40 all over the inside of your toilet, then let it sit for a few minutes, and start scrubbing your toilet. Flush it nicely, then repeat as needed, and you’ll have not only a clean toilet but also a fresh-smelling one. Find more cleaning tips and hacks by watching the video tutorial.
