I saw this really cute plant basket at Hobby Lobby not too long ago, and I really loved it, but it seemed a little expensive. Then magically, I found this Dollar Tree version of the  Hobby Lobby plant basket in a DIY video tutorial by The Crafty Couple, on YouTube, and I was so excited to make this project.

• Dollar Tree wooden dowels

• Walmart burlap
• Walmart lavender
• Waverly chalk paint
• Rustoleum spray paint

In this Dollar Tree version of the  Hobby Lobby plant basket in a DIY video tutorial by The Crafty Couple, on YouTube, you will learn to make this stunning project in a few easy steps. You begin by building your basket with the dowl rods and wire, then spray painting it a metallic grey.

Then, you will wrap your mason jars in burlap and fill them with the faux plants of your choice, and set them inside the basket. It is really that easy!

This plant basket idea is so cute, I really love it, and can’t wait to make one. I think this basket will look perfect in my kitchen window sill alongside all my fresh herbs.
