Materials:

  • dried flowers
  • glue
  • led candle (with wax coating)
  • tweezers
  • heat gun (or hair dryer)
  • wax paper
  • pillar candle

Directions:

Step 1

To start, plan and figure out the placement of the dried flowers on the LED candle. Once you have the general picture of it, start placing the dried flowers on the candle. Just dab a small amount of glue on the dried flower, then lay it down straight where you want it to be, then hold for a minute until the flower stick completely. (You don’t need to put a lot of glue as it just might become messy.) Repeat these steps until you finish designing your candle.

Step 2

Another way to attach dried flowers to your LED candle is by using wax paper. Cut the wax paper to the right length of the candle, then lay it down, wax side up. Now, start laying your flowers, the wrong side down, and create your rough design. After this, take your candle and lay it right on top. Take the two short edges of the wax paper and wrap it around the candle, then tape it to secure. Take your heat gun (or hair dryer) and heat the wax all the way around. Once done, allow it to cool, then peel off the wax paper.
