We all love for our homes to smell good and this is the perfect solution to accomplish just that! This is a super easy and inexpensive way to make an oil diffuser, which we all know are a little pricey if we buy them from a retail store. Plus, you don’t get all of those unnecessary chemicals and toxins that are usually in store bought oil diffusers.

In  this tutorial she adds ribbons and monogram stickers when she gives these for gifts. I can’t imagine someone not loving to receive this for a gift!

Reed diffusers are great for small spaces and rooms where you may not have easy access to a wall outlet.  They’re perfect for bathrooms, foyers and closets!

It only takes a few ingredients, and you probably have most (if not everything) you need already in your kitchen.

I love to diffuse essential oils. They have the ability to clean the air from free radicals, help relieve seasonal discomfort, and increase your focus or decrease your stress. Plus, they smell amazing.

Before I started making the conversion to a more natural and non-toxic household, I was a serious scented-home-goods snob. I loved a great smelling candle, hand soap, room spray, fill in the blank (though I was very picky about the fragrance!).

More recently, though, our family has really tried to break our attachment to unnecessary toxins and chemicals, especially ones that are associated with potentially harmful artificial fragrances. Thankfully, I’ve happened upon great DIY recipes and safer ways to enjoy wonderful smells at home.

The sky is the limit when it comes to all the essential oil combinations you can create for your reed diffuser!
