This DIY Valentine gnome garland by Sarah Nenni-Daher on YouTube is a no-sew project and is festive for Valentine’s Day decor. It’s super girly and fits well if you like to decorate for this holiday. Also, it’s fun, colorful, and unique that brings out personality with this decor. This tutorial is a fairly simple project that you can make for Galentine’s Day with the girls too. I love how she gives step-by-step instructions on how to put everything together, including how to make your own roses with clay. Gnomes are so adorable and it’s an inexpensive DIY to do at home.
First, use watercolor to paint onto the faux fur. Once the paint is dry, brush it out. Then, cut the faux fur into a triangle shape for the gnome’s beard. Match the beards to the felt fabric sheets and cut out the hats. Continue to watch Sarah Nenni-Daher tutorial on YouTube for full instructions and details.

Next, once all of the items for the garland is finished, string the gnomes with the felt balls and alternate. Hot glue the roses onto the gnome’s hat for extra decoration so they are not plain.
Overall, I think gnomes are cute and Sarah does a great job creating tutorials based on the holidays. I love how it is a no sewing project because it makes the DIY easier. I would’ve never thought gnomes can be a decoration for Valentine’s Day, but it works out with the vibrant pink and purple colors.
