Are you looking for ways to bring a touch of nature to your home? Try making this hanging ring plant from Green Decor on Youtube. This DIY project is so easy to do, and all you need is a plastic bottle, wire, and rope, and you’re good to go! This is perfect if you love gardening and want to bring a touch of nature indoors. I made a couple of these hanging planters, and they made my space vibrant and cool. Watch the video tutorial below to learn the step by step instructions.

Materials:

  • plastic bottle
  • marker
  • 4 pcs. PVC coated wire
  • tape
  • hot glue gun
  • rope
  • potting soil
  • wandering jew plants

Directions:

Step 1

Mark the bottom of the bottle as well as the top, then on the middle (See picture below). Cut the markings afterward and insert the wires through the holes. Do the same on the opposite side of the bottle, inserting the remaining wires. Next, join the wires together with tape, then start to wrap the rope around the wires with hot glue.

Step 2

Now, poke some small holes all around the bottle, then fill it with potting soil. Plant some wandering jew plants on the holes, making sure you filled every hole, then tie a hang on top of the planter. Hang it on your preferred place, spray some water, and you’re done.
