My trusty glue gun gets me through thick and thin, no matter what type of project I’m doing there’s always a reason to use the trusty glue gun. I’m starting to realize there are many projects that can be done with just the glue gun and a few other household materials that you probably already have on hand. When I saw this fantastic Glue Gun Snowflake idea on Youtube, I knew I had discovered that exact kind of project and I couldn’t wait to make it. I started the Glue Gun Snowflake project by first getting a plate and drawing a snowflake on it with a Sharpie.

Then you lay your fabulous glue gun snowflake on a paper towel and paint it with glue, any glue will do (Elmer’s, Modpodge, Gorilla, Rubber Cement) virtually any kind of glue except an aerosol or glue stick will work. Then after you have applied a generous coating of glue sprinkle glitter on top and let it dry, the paper towel catches all the debris and makes for an easy cleanup.

Since I lover experiments, Iโ€™ve alwaysnloved to create, paint, as well as cook and style food. I feel in love with DIY as soon as I discovered it and could not have been more excited when I learned I could share projects with people around the world. Taking photos is a passion of mine, as is design and painting with oils. I love holidays and celebrations, crafting cute little gifts and serving up at least one new recipe I am excited about.
