Since moving to the country I’ve seen my fair share of chickens, but these fabric chickens are more my style! With Easter and Spring just around the corner I have some time to try this out! I need another chicken for my kitchen too!

These are not only cute for your home, but they make awesome gifts…doesn’t everyone want one of these cute little chickens to adorn their home? Isn’t this the cutest little chicken the ever?  Not only are they easy to make but also very addicting!  I wanted to make an entire coop full!  Well, actually, I have made a few to give away as gifts and my friends just love them!

This “Funky Chicken” tutorial is an easy and quick to sew project and it is perfect to sew as a pincushion, bean bag, potpourri sachet and paper weight. You can enlarge the pattern and sew it into chicken door stop (by filling it with sand).
