I almost didn’t click on this video, but something about it piqued my curiosity. Partially through the video I almost moved on, but I’m now glad that I watched it and that’s why I had to share it with you! This is so clever. I couldn’t believe how simple it is to make these! Now I can make my own and save a lot of money by doing this! Rubber stamps are expensive! I know I say this a lot, but I’m still baffled by what people think up! I tell you, there are some real brainiacs out there!

I saw the wooden knobs, her writing on paper and transferring the writing, but little did I know that she would attach the knob to the square of wood,(to serve as a little handle) transfer what she wrote onto a small square of wood and start carving around the writing with a linoleum cutter. When she put the block of wood in ink and stamped it onto the paper I was blown away! How simple! I’m so excited about all the cool stamps I can now make! I love that I can use a custom stamp on my snail mail to my friends. It just adds that little something special to an envelope!

My kids love this. They’ve gone crazy creating their own personalized stamps! This has given them something to occupy their time over the summer break. They’ve made some of the coolest stamps! I had them make me a couple…keeps them busier! I’ve found all kinds of DIY projects that are keeping them busy. Thank God for DIY information!

Watch this simple step by step tutorial so you can make yourself some of these cool stamps!

Since I lover experiments, I’ve alwaysnloved to create, paint, as well as cook and style food. I feel in love with DIY as soon as I discovered it and could not have been more excited when I learned I could share projects with people around the world. Taking photos is a passion of mine, as is design and painting with oils. I love holidays and celebrations, crafting cute little gifts and serving up at least one new recipe I am excited about.
